A vacancy for a Compensation Scheme Specialist (m/f) has arisen within Airbus in Toulouse. You will join the Reward department and will report to the Head of Airbus Job Value & Reward Schemes. Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:
• Designing and implementing remuneration/compensation schemes and policies to attract and retain key talent esp. for new and emerging businesses taking into account various compensation elements (base / variable pay, long-term incentives, benefits, Cash Bonus, ...),
• Assessing Compensation & Benefits aspects in the context of Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) throughout the M&A Gates / process,
• Designing Retention Awards in the context of corporate transactions and advising to the respective stakeholders (including during the Post-Merger Integration Phase),
• Contributing to Job evaluation and defining job catalogues,
• Cooperating with salary benchmarking external consulting companies,
• Interpreting the compensation and benefits data against the compensation policies, reporting non-compliant cases and proposing solutions,
• Advising Senior HRBPs and members of C&B network on specific C&B topics such as job evaluation, benchmark, specific reward schemes,
• Communicating in a comprehensive way about Airbus Reward policies.--
