A vacancy for a Recruitment Business Partner (m/f) has arisen within Airbus in Elancourt.

You will join the leader in staffing the resource needs of Airbus. We are partners to the business facilitating the staffing process. We are a multinational engaged team dealing with above 10.000 positions to be staffed per year and handle far more than 250.000 applicants every year.

You will be responsible for service delivery throughout the recruitment cycle and act as a brand ambassador for the respective business function. Your focus is on delivering top candidates with appropriate competency levels. You will be engaged in mobility and redeployment processes securing that our employees are appropriately placed on vacant positions. While leading the staffing process, you are providing active and timely communication to all stakeholders. Your candidates have positive experiences, receive feedback on the status of their applications and feel that you are accessible. Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:
• Lead the full end to end recruitment life cycle and deliver required hires by utilizing the various recruitment & mobility channels,
• Develop the sourcing strategy for each role and agree delivery timeframes with the hiring manager,
• Actively seek out fresh and original sourcing strategies to meet client demand using all channels ranging from internal databases and networking to social media platforms,
• Guarantee application of appropriate and professional selection methods,
• Understand the business by building and strengthening relationships with hiring managers and HR Business Partners,
• Deliver results against KPIs and team objectives,
• Keep your knowledge of relevant legislation up to date,
• Ensure timely and accurate management information, keeping systems updated,
• Work with colleagues across different locations.--
